At Monday 7th May we started with construction of the Podstrana 2 housing project, a multi-purpose residential building with 12 apartments from 35 to 90 square meters of internal area, garden terraces in the groundfloor and roof terraces on II floor. The position of the building will give the customers a seaview on a beautiful and peaceful location, 150 m from seacoast. A parking spot is provided for each apartment and prices range is between 2.500 and 2.650 €/m2 depending on an apartment position. From the moment of issuing of building permit, three apartments were sold in the groundfloor of the building.
